What's Happening at Valley View Elementary

PTA Veterans Week Activities
November 12th - 15th 

Monday, November 12th : Take a picture with a veteran and help us decorate the Wall of Honor. There will be Veterans by the entrance, and a cut-out of Gail Halverson.   Students begin turning in their Wall of Honor pages.

Tuesday, November 13th : Writing letters of appreciation to be delivered to local veterans. 

Wednesday, November 14th : Dress patriotic. Wear your Red White and Blue! 

Thursday, November 15th: Share your candy with a veteran. Bring your extra Halloween candy in and we will deliver it to our veterans. (Candy Drive)

Friday, November 16th: Bring a Veteran to lunch. PTA is proud to provide lunch to any relative/neighbor- Veterans- who can join us that day ... this includes teachers and staff. If you have a Veteran - please invite them to join us  Friday, November 16th  for lunch.
